The event opened with warm welcome remarks from Dr. Eleonor C. Cayabyab, Chief of the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), who expressed admiration for the students’ dedication and growth throughout their TVL journey.

Inspirational messages followed, delivered by Dr. Imelda P. Macaspac, Schools Division Superintendent, and Ilynne S. Samonte, CESE, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent. Both speakers emphasized the critical role of technical-vocational education in shaping productive and empowered members of society. Hon. Rolen C. Paulino Jr., City Mayor, also graced the ceremony with a message of support, recognizing the significance of equipping young learners with practical skills for the future.

A key highlight of the program was the Awarding Ceremony, where outstanding TVL learners from various senior high schools were honored for their excellence and dedication in their respective fields. Their achievements stand as a testament to the success of the TVL program in the Division.

Adding a personal touch to the event, selected students shared their experiences and insights. Mary Joyce Anne R. Eliza (HEC-C1) from Tapinac Senior High School, Christian Damale (HE-C2) from Mabayuan Senior High School, and Nathaniel Azul from New Cabalan Senior High School captivated the audience with inspiring stories of perseverance, learning, and transformation.

Sincere gratitude was extended to the supervisors, principals, assistant principals, dedicated teachers and supportive parents, whose unwavering guidance and encouragement played a vital role in the students’ achievements.

Special thanks were also given to the partner institution, whose collaboration and unwavering support contributed significantly to the success of the event. A representative from the institution delivered a heartfelt message, expressing their pride in being part of a meaningful initiative that nurtures future professionals and skilled workers.
