ICTSI FOUNDATION AND SBIT DONATE 228 SMART TVs WITH TRUE VISION FULL-MOTION TV WALL MOUNT BRACKETS TO FIVE (5) SCHOOLS IN SDO OLONGAPO CITY

As the rain pours, support for education pours in!

The ICTSI Foundation and SBIT have strengthened their support for digital learning with the donation of 228 units of 55-inch Samsung Smart Televisions to five public schools under the Schools Division Office (SDO) Olongapo City.

The turnover ceremony was held on September 23, 2026, at SMX SM Central Olongapo City, as part of the Educational Assistance Program of ICTSI Foundation and SBIT, which aims to provide additional support and resources to the education sector.

The donated Smart TVs, together with True Vision Full-Motion TV Wall Mount Brackets, are expected to serve as additional learning resources for teachers and learners. These will support classroom instruction, the presentation of lessons, the use of digital learning materials, and other educational activities.

The program featured messages of support from the SDO Olongapo City leadership and ICTSI Foundation, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration in strengthening learning resources for public schools.

Also present during the program was Olongapo City Mayor Hon. Rolen C. Paulino, Jr., who delivered an inspirational message to the participants. Representatives from the five recipient schools likewise expressed their appreciation for the generous support extended by the ICTSI Foundation.

The ceremonial turnover brought together representatives from the ICTSI Foundation, SDO Olongapo City, and the beneficiary schools, marking another meaningful partnership in advancing technology-supported learning.

Through this initiative, teachers and learners will have greater access to technology that can enhance classroom instruction and make learning more engaging and interactive.
